Golf courses near the campsite

Golf enthusiasts have two beautiful courses to practise their swing during their stay at 5-star Bois Soleil Campsite.

Royan Golf Course in the magnificent La Coubre Forest

Open all year round, Royan Golf Course is perfectly integrated within the La Coubre Forest, between Royan and La Palmyre.
It has an 18-hole course, a compact 6-hole (or a 9-hole pitch & putt depending on the day), as well as a practice green with 10 covered driving range bays.
Extending over 5924 metres, the 18-hole course winds through the pine trees on sometimes dry slopes, adding a requirement for physical fitness to the technical challenge.
The fourteenth hole, with its superb panoramic view of the ocean and Cordouan Lighthouse will not leave you indifferent. Be careful not to be too distracted by the beauty of the site!

  • Courses for beginners or improvers over 3 or 5 days
  • Specialised golf shop selling equipment and clothing
  • Restaurant with view of the greens

La Palmyre Golf Course in the pine forest with views of the ocean

Considered to be one of the most beautiful 9-hole courses on the Atlantic Coast, La Palmyre Golf Club is nestled in a pine forest covering 38 hectares with an incomparable view of the ocean and beaches.

  • 9 holes – par 36 – 2992 metres
  • Individual or group lessons, training, beginners
  • A lounge bar-restaurant on the edge of a giant putting green
  • A souvenir shop
  • A golf academy offering lessons for players of all levels
  • A practice green
