Reception opening times:
- In July and August: every day from 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7.30pm
- April, May, June and September: every day from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm
- From October to March: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm

Arrivals and departures:
- For rental accommodation: arrivals from 5pm and departures before 10am
- For camping pitches: arrivals from 12 noon and departures before 12 noon

Receiving and sending post:
- Receiving post: all post sent to you at the Bois Soleil address should have your name clearly marked. Post arrives and is placed into the pigeonholes in Reception by 1pm
- Sending post: There is a green letterbox outside Reception
Barrier opening times: from 7am to 11pm
Speed limit on site: max 10km per hour
On-site warden: a permanent presence during campsite opening dates
Swimming pool and wellbeing:
- Heated pool with integrated Jacuzzi and paddling pool
- Open from mid May to mid September (depending on weather conditions)
- Steam room and massage room (at an additional cost)
Services:
- Supermarket: bread, pastries, fruit and vegetables, fresh produce, frozen food, drinks, souvenirs, toiletries and cleaning products, ice blocks, newspapers, electric adaptors (mains to caravan). Open from mid-April to mid-September
- 2 bar-restaurants. Takeaway food available
- Wi-Fi on pitches and in communal areas (at an additional cost)
- Bike hire (a deposit per bike is required)
- Hire of safes, table top fridges*, gas barbecues* (charcoal barbecues are prohibited)

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PMR):
- One mobile home is specially adapted for reduced mobility on the campsite
- Reserved disabled parking spaces
- Reception, toilet blocks, bar-restaurants, supermarket and the amphitheatre are accessible to all
Animals:
- In rental accommodation: animals are prohibited
- On camping pitches: animals are prohibited on pitches in July and August. Pet passports with vaccinations are obligatory
